VENOM VENDING / WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy & cookies
This notice explains what happens when you browse this website or contact Venom Vending Ltd. Updated 22 September 2026.
Who is responsible?
Venom Vending Ltd is responsible for the personal information it receives in enquiries. Contact luke@venomvending.co.uk, call 07809 680749, or write to our registered office below.
Your enquiry
The enquiry form creates a draft in your own email app. It does not submit your details to a website database. We receive them only when you send the email. Your email app may save a draft under its own settings.
We receive your email address, any name or signature in your email, and the business, location, estimated visitor numbers and other details you choose to send. We use these to answer your enquiry and discuss a suitable vending service. Fields marked as required are needed to prepare the form’s draft; you can also contact us directly.
Why we use this information
Our lawful basis for responding to business enquiries is our legitimate interest in handling requests and arranging vending services. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we process the necessary information for those steps. Legal obligations may require us to retain relevant business records. This website does not enrol you in a marketing list, make automated decisions about you or profile you.
Service providers and storage
Our email and IT service providers process information needed to deliver and maintain our communications. The website hosting provider receives technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser request, to deliver and secure the site. LinkedIn is an external link; its own privacy notice applies if you choose to visit it.
Our domain’s email is routed through Stackmail (20i). We are confirming the account administrator’s storage, access, retention and any international-transfer arrangements. Contact us for the latest details before sending personal information if these arrangements affect your decision to contact us.
How long information is kept
Enquiry records should be kept only while needed to handle the enquiry, relevant follow-up, or a related dispute or legal obligation. The deletion schedule and existing mailbox retention settings are being confirmed with our administrator. We cannot yet give a verified routine deletion period. Please contact us if you would like a particular enquiry reviewed or deleted; legal reasons may sometimes require us to keep a record.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive portable information. These rights are not absolute. Email us to make a request or raise a privacy concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics runs only if you choose Accept analytics. It measures page visits and clicks that open an enquiry email or phone call. These clicks indicate interest, not that an enquiry was actually sent. We do not send your form answers, name, email address or enquiry text to Analytics. Automatic enhanced measurement and advertising signals are switched off.
With your consent, Google receives technical information about your visit, including browser and device information, page views and an online identifier. Google processes connection information to provide Analytics. Its privacy information is available at Google Privacy Policy; data may be processed outside the UK under Google's applicable data-processing arrangements.
Our lawful basis for this optional analytics is your consent. The _ga analytics cookies are set to expire after 180 days. A browser-storage entry named venom-analytics-choice remembers your choice for up to 180 days. Choose Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change your choice. Rejecting analytics stops future collection by our analytics code and removes its accessible analytics cookies from this browser; it does not remove data already processed.
Product favourites stay only in memory while this page remains open. Fonts, product images and the background video are served with the website. The LinkedIn panel is an external link rather than an embedded tracker. Hosting security and access mechanisms are separate from optional analytics.
